Our Sweet Spot
- Companies with revenue - US$3M - US$30M
- No bank debt
- Assets could be run profitably but just can't grow at VC required CAGR
- Geography - English speaking countries - mainly AU,US, UK, NZ
- Controlling interest via shareholding or voting power available. i.e. some element of influence regarding decision making.
- Appetite for change among stakeholders - founder/s, other shareholders
How We Work
- Send us an asset that you'd like some help with, the current challenge and your preferred outcome (fix it, sell it, close it or other or a combination)
- We will do a deep dive on the asset and present some options for you to consider at no cost.
Pricing Model
- Speed over Price - the fund has had some winners, tax on capital gains to mitigate and the remaining assets need to be exited so the fund can be wound up. Solution: fast execution, low price.
- Price over Speed - the fund hasn't had winners and is looking to work out the assets to preserve capital. Solution: slower execution, consultative approach with performance upside.
